MIMA To OpenLifeshape Fitness Center in January

LIFESHAPE PERSONAL TRAINER, Christie Brandolini, works with each LAGB patient. Christie has been training patients who have an adjustable gastric band since 2007 and finds it very rewarding to see how far these patients have come.

MIMA patients will have a nice gift waiting for them in January, 2010, as a new, state-of-the-art 1,500-square foot fitness center nears completion.

LESLEY BELL, registered nurse and behavior specialist at Physician Weight Loss Centers in Suntree, counseling Diane Thomas on the importance of discussing her weekly results and behavior patterns that resulted in this week’s weight loss. Behavior modifications classes are a requirement at Physicians Weight Loss Centers.

FOOD ADDICTION, obesity, and weight loss diets are not the most enjoyable discussion topics at the holiday party or at the family dinner table, but beginning to think, talk, and take action on these issues can drastically improve your quality of life and can even save it.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – LifeShape Advanced Bariatrics Center of Florida will sponsor a team of about 20 patients who will participate in the 38th running of the Space Coast Marathon and Half-Marathon, which will be presented by Running Zone and Space Coast Runners on Sunday, Nov. 29.
