BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA (Nov. 26, 2009) – Running Zone and Space Coast Runners will presents the 38th running of the Space Coast Marathon and Half-Marathon on Sunday, Nov. 29. Both races start in Cocoa Village, and finish with a lap around the Riverfront Park Amphitheater.
LifeShape Patients Train to Compete in Half-Marathon
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – LifeShape Advanced Bariatrics Center of Florida will sponsor a team of about 20 patients who will participate in the 38th running of the Space Coast Marathon and Half-Marathon, which will be presented by Running Zone and Space Coast Runners on Sunday, Nov. 29.
Running Icon Switzer To Appear at Running Zone
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Running icon Kathrine Switzer will make a guest appearance at Running Zone in Melbourne on Wednesday, Nov. 18. Ms. Switzer is best known as the woman who challenged the all-male tradition of the Boston Marathon and became the first woman to officially enter and run the event.
