BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – MIMA Dermatology has opened an additional medical office at MIMA’s new Indialantic location at Seaside Centre, 1220 Highway AIA – one mile north of State Road 1-92.

“We are excited to open a second office,” says Anita Saluja, MD, MIMA Dermatologist. “The demand for dermatological services continues to expand in Brevard as people become more proactive about skin health and beauty.”
Jennifer Rivera, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, will initially see patients three days a week with appointments from 9 am – 4 pm. As patient interest grows, appointments will expand to full time.
“With the advancements in Electronic Medical Records technology, I can consult with Ms. Rivera on all Seaside patients from our Viera office using both medical notes and photos that are available immediately in the EMR.”
MIMA Dermatology board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners are trained to provide expert care for medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology patients.
“First and foremost, we concentrate on the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer,” said Dr. Saluja. “In this outdoor lifestyle that we live in Florida, skin cancer is one of the most common forms of cancer.”
Dr. Saluja said that in addition to cancer treatment, MIMA Dermatology treats other forms of skin disease, and provides consultation to improve sun damage and make aging skin more radiant using a variety of the industry’s most advanced treatment options now available – such as PhotoFacials, lasers including CO2 Fraxel and BLU light.

Dr. Saluja earned her medical degree from the University of Michigan and is board-certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology. Practicing at MIMA since 2001, her expertise includes skin cancer and moles, sun damaged skin, rosacea, melasma, dermatologic surgery and cosmetic dermatology.
Jennifer Rivera, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner completed her education at Florida State University, and is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining MIMA last year, Rivera was an ER nurse and now provides detailed evaluation and treatment of dermatology patients under Dr. Saluja’s supervision.
