Space Coast Medicine & Healthy Living Hour – Saturdays 10:00 pm on ESPN 1560 AM

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Maverick Multimedia, Inc., the parent company of Space Coast Medicine & Healthy Living, has agreed to terms with Cumulus Broadcasting to do an hour-long health and medicine show every Saturday, 10-11 a.m. on ESPN 1560 AM.

The Space Coast Medicine & Health Living Hour, will debut on Saturday, Dec. 5, live from the Cumulus studios located in Melbourne, Florida.

The Space Coast Medicine & Health Living Hour – hosted by Pete Weiss, MD, and broadcast veteran Katie Bokunic, will feature local and national health and medicine experts to educate you about the latest information available to help you remain healthy and vibrant – and fight the aging process. The show will also highlight inspiring guests who have survived cancer, organ transplantation and severe trauma.

"Dr. Pete" (www.drpeterjweiss.com) is a physician, healthcare executive, author, speaker and health coach with a passion for helping others to health and wellness. Recognizing that traditional medical care isn’t helping many people to become well, his personal mission is empowering individuals to manage their own health.

His book on personal health, More Health, Less Care, is due out next spring. Professionally, Dr. Weiss serves as the CEO of Health First Health Plans, Inc.
