Dr. Sriramineni
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Dr. Govind Sriramineni has joined MIMA to practice internal medicine. MIMA is the area’s most comprehensive independent physician group with more than 120 Board Certified physicians, providing medical expertise in 25 different medical specialties at 15 locations on Florida’s Space Coast.
Doctors of internal medicine focus on adult medicine and have had special study and training focusing on the prevention and treatment of adult diseases. Prior to joining MIMA, Dr. Sriramineni completed his residency in internal medicine at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ.

“Dr. Sriramineni is a tremendous addition to the talented internal medicine team at MIMA,” said Al O’Connell, MIMA’s chief administrative officer. “He brings with him years of training and knowledge related specifically to the prevention, diagnoses and treatment of ailments that affect all of us as we grow older.”
Dr. Sriramineni completed numerous externships across the county in a variety of specialties including hematology, oncology, nephrology, geriatrics and neurology. In addition, he worked with an infectious disease specialist at St. Rita Medical Center in Lima, Ohio.
Previously, Dr. Sriramineni worked in India as a primary care physician and worked under various sub specialty groups at multispecialty hospitals. He received his medical degree from Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College in India and is certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates. He is multilingual and fluent in Telugu, Hindi and Kanada.
